Poor customer service

So I placed a order on Shein I ordered almost every month some items on their website everything perfectly fine all good , but with buffalo logistics I always seemed to have issues with getting my goods delivered to myself I paid the tax for my parcels each time when I had to ofcourse and on my last order that I still till today have not received I paid tax not only once or twice 3 times to be exact and never have I ever experienced such bad customer service from any company ever I provided proof of payment over many occasions on most of there platforms I tried making contact many times and just no answer I even sent proof of payment as per there request and till this very day no one has ever gotten back to me with regards to my parcel that never arrived, in all honesty I strongly feel that Shein should change the logistics company they using to deliver their goods because buffalo just cannot get the job done even after paying the tax they request you to pay they never deliver the service that they say they do
