Poor customer service

Customer service is very poor Thursday I received a notification that my order is returned because of attempted delivery, while I didn't get any sms or call that my order is out for delivery. Friday morning I called one of the agent, told me order is out for delivery. Around 3pm I called again other agent told me my order will be delivered next week. This morning I received a call from my work security that someone is there to deliver my parcel and I'm at home , no communication nothing from Buffalo courier that the order is out for delivery today. And they are keeping orders and deliver whenever they feel like delivering .
