Poor customer service

I have been trying to contact their customer service department to track an order and make arrangements for delivery for the last 8 days with no success. I have not received any response on their whatsapp line and every time I call their customer service department I have to hold for at least 30min and when I finally go through to a consultant the line disengages or drops. You also cant leave messages because their inbox is full. I am waiting for an urgent delivery as will be relocating soon.
