Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I've been waiting for them to deliver my package since the 29th of November. Now they have resorted to not responding to any messages that I send to them. I've been sending countless emails. And they haven't even responded to one. I made an order on shein on the 6th of November. Package has arrived in SA. Begged buffalo to deliver but they refuse to.
