Poor customer service

I would like to express my disappointment with the level of service provided. Upon reviewing your company's reviews, it appears that there are consistent complaints regarding the quality of service. I kindly request an explanation for this matter and hope that management will take appropriate action to address this issue.I am a bit confused as to why are you returning my order back to Johannesburg when its already in Cape Town .Been querying about this week no assistant.
