Poor customer care

My return application was done in September 2024 with Shein. Until now, Buffalo logistic has yet to pick up my return. On several occasions, I received phone calls, whatapp messages saying a driver will pick up the parcel but no one ever show up. Everytime I follow up with Buffalo Logistic, I was refer back to Shein. Then the following day, a driver is "coming", but never show. It's absolutely frustrating!
