Poor courier service

I order items form Shein, and each time it reaches out local couriers, there are extreme delays. You call their call centre and are put in queue for hours on end. Their whatsapp number shows that someone is viewing messages, but there will be no response in there too. They are very unreliable and I professional. I've been waiting for my parcel for 5days now. Still can't get through.
