Poor communication skill

I'm disappointed about service rendering by some buffalo logistics driver's,I was expecting to receive my order on 31/05/2024 , but the driver decided to return with my order even after I tried to communicate with him via calls and WhatsApp, driver poor communication skill left me frustrated and clueless up to now,as I don't know what happened to my parcel. Ref no BUFZA***YQ cellphone
