Poor communication on parcel delivery & lost parcel.

For almost a month I was ensured the delivery of my parcel would be made and issues relating to it would be escalated. Through out the month I heard nothing back. Only to find out on a follow up phone call that my parcel had been lost. With out clear communication as to why it took a month for them to try and deliver it in the first place. Only for me to have to phone to find out it has been lost.
