Poor communication and uninformed one-sided decisions.

Ordered equipment on Banggood that I wanted to use as part of the control and monitoring of a client's chemical manufacturing plant. It was due to be delivered during the week that lockdown started. It was not delivered in time. I queried and supp**** the needed essential services documentation but Buffalo's Head Office decided, without consulting me, and I'm sure without having a clue what the equipment is or is used for, that it was not essential and would not be delivered. Outrageous! Subsequent queries on their Whatsapp have gone unanswered.
