Poor communication and terrible customer service

Pickup of a parcel is now 4 working days overdue since I was told a courier would collect. Excuses range from incorrectly assigned to a driver to the GPS took them to a wrong address. Absolute bull**** because we live in a well mapped urban area and have never heard of the GPS not being accurate After many failed attempts on the whatsapp line and after calling them several times, I sent a mail asking why I should be sacrificing days unproductively waiting on a pickup.i just got a curt response to say a driver will COLLECT SOME TIME DURING THIS WEEK. Totally disgusting attitude no apology and no explanation why a simple pickup should be this long overdue since they gave me a collection date.do not use
