Poor communication

I paid for my customs the day after my order was placed but I'm still getting phone calls and texts messages that I should pay for my customs I told them I already paid they asked me to email my proof of payment I did that since then I haven't heard anything from them they don't respond to my emails and my texts on whatsapp and I'm supposed to be getting my order from today worce part of it is I'm changing my location on the 16th
