Poor attitude

I had a very disappointing experience with one of your drivers, Khutso, regarding my delivery.

Firstly, when he called me about the delivery, his manner was not friendly or professional. Secondly, he asked me for directions to my destination and requested that I send him a voice note, which I did. I also went the extra mile and sent pictures to make it easier for him to locate the destination. Despite this, he did not respond and instead went silent.

This was extremely frustrating, as the items I ordered were needed by my son for his Spring Day at school. Because the delivery was not completed as expected, I had to spend additional money that I had not budgeted for just to ensure that my son could participate at school.

I am very disappointed with the service I received and would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated. I also believe that drivers should be trained to communicate with customers in a more professional and helpful manner.
