Poor and unprofessional customer service, Buffalo logistics is Ka#k

Very disappointing and unprofessional with kaak customer service, they picked my return order but never sent it back to where it was supposed to be sent since 2024 they've been keeping my parcel, i have lost my money. When you call their call centre they drop customer calls I am disgusted by their poor services this logistics company needs to be canceled.
