Poor and slow service

This company service is very bad. I pushed for urgent delivery to parcels that I need for my cape town trip but they are not allowing me to come collect them as I need them urgently. I'll be flying on Wednesday, I was asking to come collect them they're denying...yooo I do not recommend buffalo at all
