Poor and *********** service

I was informed regarding my delivery for Wednesday and I had to leave work earlier so that I could wait for my order, when I got home. I called the driver and he told me that he was delivering at Lenasia and I stay at Lenasia South which is 15 minutes driver in between these to areas, then the driver told me that he was going to deliver at soweto then will come back deliver my order, I asked myself if the driver wast thinking that I was a dummy or something, I wanted for him until 17:30pm. I had to call again to check on him. he told me that the phone got broken but when calling him he answered the same phone. I was informed that my order will be allocated to another driver. I wasn't sent the contact details of the driver and apart from that I requested them via email to deliver my order on the 7th at 14:30 because at 16:00pm I won't be available. both the support and sales team no one bothered to follow upon my order or reply my mail so I can know if they have received my complaint. I then called the call center only to find out that my order has been despatched to another courier company. I have never had such nonsense service with alibaba. this is worse and I regret supporting them.
