Poor and deceiving service

I ad a worst experience with this company as our goods have not being delivered yet but we were supposed to get it last week, thus company lies when we do follow up saying we don't answer calls. I would like to warn companies who do business with this company to be careful as I would think their staff ***** our goods. If our problem is not resolved by the end of the day we will escalate this matter further to their client and ombudsman
