Poor and appalling services

very unhappy and dissatisfied...this is the first time i am using this company, my parcel was dispatched yesterday ( 30/11/2022) and was supposed to be delivered to me, however i received a miscall from a number and i called back to see who it was and it was the driver advising me he has my parcel and says that he cannot find my house so i offered to direct him only for him to cut me of and tell me that he left my road because he couldn't find my house, so i advised him that he should come back and he advised that he going somewhere else and i should come to the place he is and collect my parcel, if that is the case i wouldn't need a courier company to deliver my goods i would pick it up myself if i have to go collect it from somewhere else, i advised him i cannot go to him and he advised of another place he will be going so i informed him that my address will be on the same route if he could come by and he refused, i have tried to get in contact with this company but no luck and cannot seem to find the right number if anyone has the customer care number for them please provide me with it. i sat home and waited for my parcel only to find out it will be returned to the ware house and the driver didn't even attempt to find my house! how come other couriers can find it but this company cannot. highly doubt i will use them again or recommend them!
