Please sheinuce another drlivery service

No word then most poor service ever from company. The call center people not helpful at all. Had to pay twice for delivery but no package received by me Anna Jurgenson. Altough according to themI have received and signed for my shein package they can't even say where it was delivered to. Bad service they should close down.
