Please improve your communication approach.

The reason for a returned parcel was "no one home". There were two people home the entire day specifically waiting for the parcel delivery THAT DAY, as confirmed online. Are we expected to wait outside by the gate their entire day for Buffalo? No one called, no car hooted, & we certainly were not sitting by the window all day. After finally getting through on their *** number, I was told only then that they will ask the driver to call when making the delivery. So now I must wait a week again.
