Pethatic service .Do not keep promises

I am Diana Macapie very disappointing in buffalo courier.Im waiting for more than two months now for my package.Your service is pethatic (worsted ever) communication is weak only robots available phones kept on ringing.Please do not apologize anymore because it won't change my situation of waiting.I just want my package that's it .
