Personal info compromised!

Ordered Shein like millions of other customers. Received the usual courier cost sms. Paid the courier. Bank account hacked within 10 minutes. Obviously there is a compromise in personal information and yet, I received this response from Buffalo: "Please note that the SMS you received was a ****. Before proceeding with any payment, you should have confirmed with us whether the message was legitimate. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with this matter. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please be assured that we are doing our best to prevent such incidents, as there are many ****mers operating outside of our organization." Outside of our organization???? Doubtful. Bye bye Shein. And good riddance Buffalo.
