Payment of Duty not updating
I made an order BUFZA***YQ on Shein. I paid the required duty. Their website is not updating the payment. When I call there is some horrible hold music that goes on and on. Their whatsapp contact is not effective. I sent email with proof of Payment, no response. Extremely bad service. This will delay my parcel.
