Payment not showing on Buffalo app

I paid courier and taxes to Buffalo to have a parcel from Temu - i got mail today that i need to make payment- again!!!! So after checking my bank statements for any deductions, i again made payment today- but unfortunately they have not acknowledged in receiving the funds and after numerous mail and watsapps the ai assistant just do the same thing over and over- this is really bad … and i cannot communicate with anybody’s dy ????
