Payment not reflecting on Buffalo site but off my account twice

I have paid my customs twice. Both have gone off my account. I've sent POP but it's been rejected. I paid via credit card directly on their site how else do I get POP other than my notification and proof on my bank account. I've emailed 4 times and sent a WhatsApp for the past 3 days but get no response. I AM NOT PAYING A 3RD TIME. I WANT A REFUND OF MY ONE AND MY PAYMENT TO BE PROCESSED FROM THE 2ND PAYMENT. MY ORDER IS NOW DELAYED FOR SOMETHING THAT'S NOT MY FAULT.
