Payment Duplicated - no Refund
Over a month ago I duplicated a payment for a delivery from Temu. I notified Buffallo Logistics and was told to fill in a form and send proof of duplicate payment, which I did. Till today I have emailed them numerous times and even telephoned them and have had no reply or refund.
