Payment difficulties

I've been trying to reach a live person at Buffalo Couriers (Logistics) for a full week to bring to their attention that I'm experiencing payment difficulties to pay for import duty and VAT on an overseas order. All my email and Whatsapp messages remain unanswered and I fear that the package will be returned to the supplier if I do not pay the duties. Their phone number plays a recording "This company does not answer telephone calls".
