Pathetic services

This doesn't even deserve 1 star....firstly my order is late pass the delivery date..i placed an order on the 25th of November 2021 its the 24rhbod December 2021 order still not received....secondly it says on the app that i have received and signed for my order...which I have not received or signed for anything...my second order is still stuck in jhb...i have tried calling,whatsapping numerous times there is no response and someone keeps cutting the call...so have I just been ****** for my money...or will the order ever reach me...I have ordered Christmas clothes from shein for my family...this is really very pathetic and poor services for being qnd international company...what a pity.
