I have logged a return on the 8/07 every day I receive an sms around 7am that someone should be available my return will be picked up by Nhlanhla. To pick up or delivery terrible services.

This company is unreliable and causes inconvenience to customers everyday they send sms make sure someone is available but no one comes to pick up. No communication. Will never deal with this company ever again will publish on more social media platforms.

18 Jul 2024, 08:39BUFEX***YQ I called the lady says on the system it shows today's date I have emailed the 1 that shows the 8/7. Calls are recorded so they need to trace calls why staff refuse to help customers.
