I am still waiting for my query to be resolved. These people hide behind bots and automated responses.

It is all well when it works but believe me at some point you will run into an issue over either over taxation or refusal to acknowledge your tax payment or delivery issues, it will happen and when it does, there is no human to help you.

It is all BOT activated by BIL.
