Pathetic service..poor service no response

Don't do business with Buffalo logistics, this company is running bad and poor service. It's been month and weeks waiting for my order. Everytime I called them they promise to escalate my query since june till now. There is nothing changed and will give you same old excuses that will escalate and call you back. Day light ******* is what I experienced with this so called company. Bad service ever., they don't even deserve 1 star rate it should be 0 ..I want my order or refund me my hard earned money please. You don't show any remorse and don't take the customs seriously.
