Pathetic service with Buffalo Logistics

Been waiting for my parcel for so long! Tracking number says it's in transit then delivery guy takes it back to the warehouse, AGAIN?? No one responded to any of my 4 emails sent on different days!! Spoke to Sindiswa Ngwenya call center she promised that my parcel BUFZA***YQ will be delivered before Friday. It's Friday and AGAIN it wasn't delivered. Whatssap line is poor service, they said parcel is with Fastway I called Fastway and it was wrong information. This is PATHETIC service. I see why you don't have a Twitter account, it wouldn't be good for you.
