Pathetic service - Shein should source a more competent service provider

Pathetic service! It's been 4 weeks since paying my import taxes, parcel still not resolved recieved, there is NO WAY to contact them, their tracker is outdated! Shein should use another logistics company who actually take pride in their business and aim for customer service! All the **** on their website about valuing their customers and providing excellent service, is just that...****. Second Christmas in a row, same pathetic service.
