Pathetic service!!! I want my package

Worst experience ever I placed an order with SHEIN and Buffalo logistics was the courier company. Everything went smooth until it was delivery time. My parcel arrived in SA on 20 March and I paid customs on 22 March. 30March I receive a notification that my order is out for delivery. Till this day I’m still waiting for my parcel. Ive emailed and called them every single day with no response from them. I am appalled by the service honestly. I don’t know if my package has been ****** or what and when I contact SHEIN they refer me back to Buffalo who doesn’t answer their phones. They have delivered all my SHEIN parcel’s previously and this has never happened I need my order honestly
