Pathetic service from buffalo logistics

The wrong address was indicated on my parcel upon seeing this I tried to contact the company only to find out that I was caller no. 200, I sent many emails to rectify this problem but I have received no answer, no one is willing to assist not even the manager who keeps making lame excuses. They have so many ways to contact them but none of these methods work, how pathetic!!!
