PATHETIC SERVICE FROM BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS

I don't think Buffalo Int. Logistics even deserves the 1 star I have given, I would definitely give them a zero if not -zero. It is my very first time that I ordered from Shein and my parcel was dispatched right on time from Shein. then it was received by Buffalo for courier services. To my shocking surprise I receive an email from Buffalo that my parcel was successfully delivered when I did not get any parcel delivered at my place. Upon receiving the email, I immediately called their office on this number ***) I got from their email but had no luck at all as the number was not even ringing, continuously for days I have been trying to call them but nothing at all. I even sent them numerous WhatsApp ( +***) messages but no response at all, basically their WhatsApp is not doing any difference. I never got my parcel and they not responding to my emails also (***) and (***). Pathetic indeed. What pains me more is I have paid for my parcel and even paid Buffalo International Logistics themselves for the duty & VAT amount that I was charged. My heart is sore and am angry. It would have been much better if a person would choose their own courier services. I am so disappointed and will never ever order again since I have noticed that Buffalo is the Courier for Shein shoppers.
