PATHETIC SERVICE FROM BUFFALO HOW CAN I NOT BE AVAILABLE TO RECIEVE MY PARCEL WHEN MY ADRESS FOR DELIVERY IS AT MY OFFICE WHERE IM BASED FROM 7:30 TO 4:30 PM
BUFZA***YQ - MY TRACKING NO FOR MY SHEIN ORDER IS STATED HERE, TRACKING SHOWS PARCEL IS OUT FRO DELIVERY SINCE WEDNESDAY 03/04/24 , IN TEH EVENING OF 03/04/24 STATUS WAS UPDATED TO STATE PACKAGED RETURNED TO WHAREHOUSE IN JHB DUE TO MY ADDRESS OR CELL NO BEING WRONG BUT IT IS CORRECT IT SHOWED OUT FOR DELIVERY AGAIN 04/04/2024 BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE PACKAGE , WHY SO LONG

04 Apr 2024, 17:40Also why is Buffalo logistics jhb being dishonest saying I requested a reschedule that's a, liad of bull**** I did no such thing they keep updating nonsense comments to make it look as if they are doing there work and keeping to time lines but it's a load of **** they haven't even attempted to deliver the parcel, how can a local courier company based in jhb not know where the hell boksburg is, even GPS would pick it up they are making shein customers look like a bunch of fools
