Pathetic service from Buffalo Couriers

Temu must STOP using the pathetic Buffalo Couriers. Mu order is now more than 30days in 'limbo' 1 delivery with a WhatsApp message 'at your gate' which I missed as it was supposed to be a tell call, since then received 2 messages 'called but nobody home' which is not the case, have phoned the *** numerous times with promises, today the agent just put me on hold and never answered again to assist. the 'WhatsApp line also do not give any response nor feedback. Buffalo also DO NOT allow collecting and this is a frustration. Temu gives R20 credit for what - keep the money and just deliver my parcel. !!!
