Pathetic service

Pathetic Service.

I placed an order and called in today to track my parcel, I was told that my order will not be delivered by the 19th August. The issue with that is that I will be ON LEAVE AS OF THE 20TH AND MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IS MY WORK ADDRESS THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME SHE CANT CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS BECAUSE OF SECURITY REASONS HOWEVER. I MUST ARRANGE WITH A COLLEGUE TO RECIEVE THE PARCEL ON MY BEHALF i stay very far from work.... THIS IS ABSOLUTE ******* buffalo is the worst!!!!
