Pathetic Service.

The worst courier company ever. Rude and *********** staff. From the call center to the driver. I have never in my life experienced such stupidity and arrogance. They give you a date for delivery yet they decide on their own delivery date and call you you when they are outside with an attitude. The driver told me he is not employed by the Buffalo he’s just a sub contractor and runs his own business. How stupid when you are delivering for a logistics company that has hired you.

The call center agents are really think they smoke something because wow. They are rude, stupid and arrogant. Close this courier company. No need for such ******* service.
