PATHETIC SERVICE

PATHETIC SERVICE!!! I placed an order with Shein on the 5th of August and have still not received my parcel. I was told that the parcel is detained by customs and that I must send proof of payment, my ID and confirmation of the order...I've done that...probably shouldn't have...when querying the status of the delivery I keep getting asked to send the documents...how many time should I send the documents...I am not able to speak to a "human being " as I keep getting rerouted to an automatic system !!! They are useless!!! I will NEVER order from Shein again just not to deal with these *********** fools
