Pathetic Service Delivery

I received an sms from Buffalo saying that my package will be delivered on 04 Feb 2021. I did not receive it. On the 05 Feb 2021 I received an e-mail saying that I was unreachable on my cell no so the driver returned my package to the warehouse. I DID NOT receive a call from them. When I called them I was told that they sent my package to Fastway Couriers to make the delivery, which hopefully I will receive. But seriously what pathetic service delivery from Buffalo.
