Pathetic service

I have never had such a bad experience in my life with a courier company. My wife changed her number on Temu months ago we ordered and they got to the gate but had the old number. I dont know how that is even possible. Then when we phone in I cant speak to them as I am the husband and they want all this complicated ways of just changing a cellphone number. Its ridiculous
