pathetic service

my parcel was dispatched on friday morning, friday evening around 6pm i checked Temu app only to see that my parcel was returned, apparantly they tried to contact me, i havent received any calls, no whats apps, it seems the driver was in a rush to go home, never came and never called, but marked the delivery as no answer, i asked them to send proof from his calls logs via email, nothing, all the numbers are unavailable, we cant even speak to anyone, this service is shocking, i have been waiting 3 weeks for this parcel, paid a lot for customs and now nobody can assist, i will stop ordering from Temu and shein if its gona be this stressful
