Pathetic service and *************

A guy called Roy ledwaba was to deliver my parcel on the 13th Oct 2021 he sent me whatsapp "[BUFFALO]Your parcel is dispatching by BUFFALO courier, you'll receive it soon.If you are not at your destination, please reply." which I rep**** I'm nt around il b available on Monday.... To my surprise when I track my parcel after wards it says "client received"... Which I ddnt received I cald hm he tld me he took it bck to the warehouse, I went to the warehouse on Tuesday n ther was nothing n tried to cal hm again he's avoiding my calls Im now thinking he stole my parcel.... Buffalo logistics has pathetic service n ************* ppl for some of their delivery guys... Ul col the warehouse to no answer u personally go there thy don't help you....
