Pathetic service and slow delivery

I have been waiting for my parcel from the 13th and they don't to let you know of any delays just an automated email saying delivery has been moved. I need the parcel today as I have a special occasion I need to dress up for. This is a total inconvenience. Today is the 19th of December and still nothing
