Pathetic service and no feedback

Placed my order on Shein on the 26th March, on the 27th March it was dispatched. Paid my custom fee etc just as message was received. Been following up everyday, its been on " being dispatched by ITT for the last week with no parcel. Nobody replies to your mails or whatsapp messages. Most pathetic company to deal with. You need to just wait until they ready to deliver your parcel
