Pathetic service and money making scemes

Ordered a package from Temu, and according to Buffalo, they tried to delivery twice, but both times no one was home. Funny thing is, the delivery address is my work address, and both times were work days. My CCTV footage on the gate does not even show the driver entering our driveway, let alone ringing the bell for access. Now Buffalo wants me to pay additional fees for them to deliver my package. After they failed to fulfill their responsibility, and me telling them I have footage to prove their driver did not come to the gate as he said. Pathetic if you ask me.
