Pathetic Service and Disappointed Parent to my kids

Horrible service😡🤬😡 I ordered with Shein on the 27th of November, my order was tracking well, I paid for Tax & Vat on the 8th of December with Buffalo and my Order Arrived in Cape Town 2 weeks Ago yet my order has not been Delivered yet and it's my babies Chrismas clothes and used my last money for all of this. I have emailed buffalo and I am not satisfied with their response and I have even offered to pick the package myself since they are failing to do so but still nothing still stuck here in their Third Party express which I am failing to understand. I am disappointed, sad and panicking because Chrismas is closing in . I bought clothes for my children with my last cent. I regret the decision of buying with Shein. Buffalo should just close their doors because they don't know anything about ubuntu and having to watch my kids not have anything to wear for Chrismas is Disappointing and disgusted. I can't even follow up on the third party express it's quiet and are not sharing anything with me
