Pathetic service and deliveries

Most pathetic service I have ever had in life as the people and the system is so *********** they have been escalating my matter since a week ago and still no feedback or answer the managers and staff from PTA DC just doesn't give a S@☆t about the matter I have been using Mt tel number and my adress since I started using th and everyday there is a story my tel number is incorrect or this or that I will never ever recommend Buffalo to anybody that needs to use a logistics company pathetic pathetic service
